Enterprise cloud hosting

Scalable AWS infrastructure, run and secured for you

We design, run and secure the AWS infrastructure behind the applications we build, in a separate AWS account for each client inside our AWS organisation. It scales with demand, and you get monitoring, backups, security updates and a team that already knows your code.

tobook

Moving a live booking platform to AWS, without a minute offline

tobook's booking platform had grown up on Azure. We rebuilt its hosting on AWS, in code, and moved it across while bookings kept arriving.

  • Zero

    downtime during the move

  • 0.00%

server errors on the booking app in the 90 days to 23 September 2026

  • One command

    rebuilds the entire platform

Problems we solve

What's getting in your way, and how we fix it

  • Downtime when traffic spikes

We use autoscaling, managed databases and a global CDN, and we monitor uptime, errors and performance around the clock, so busy periods don't become outages.

  • Security updates that slip

We patch dependencies and infrastructure on a regular schedule and review security alerts as they arrive.

  • Surprise cloud bills

We right-size infrastructure, set budget alerts and review costs with you, so spending stays predictable.

  • No recovery plan

Automated backups, tested restores and infrastructure as code mean your system can be rebuilt quickly if something goes wrong.

How we work

Four steps from first call to launch

You sign off on scope and price before we start, then see working progress every week.

Our process in detail
  1. Step 1

    Discover

We learn your business, users and goals, then agree on scope, budget and what success looks like, in writing.

    1 to 2 weeks

  2. Step 2

    Design

We map the user flows and design the interface, and you sign off on a clickable prototype before production code starts.

    1 to 4 weeks

  3. Step 3

    Build

We build in short cycles and give you a live preview link from the first week, so you can follow progress.

    3 to 12 weeks

  4. Step 4

    Launch and support

We handle the launch, monitoring and handover, then stay on to host, support and improve what we built if you want us to.

Questions

Enterprise cloud hosting questions

Something else on your mind? Email hello@hatcha.com.

Do you host sites and apps you didn't build?

Sometimes. We start with a technical review, and if the application is in good shape we can take it on.

Whose AWS account is it?

Each client gets a separate AWS account, set up inside our AWS organisation. Your data stays apart from other clients' and from ours, and the account can be detached from our organisation if you ever want to take it elsewhere.

What happens if something goes down?

Monitoring alerts us automatically. We investigate and fix it, then tell you what happened and how we'll prevent it next time.

Can we leave and take our hosting with us?

Yes. Everything is defined as code and documented, so you can move it to another provider or bring it in-house at any time.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you need and we'll reply within one working day. Once it's sent, you can book a free 30-minute call with Louie, our founder, and we'll follow up with a written quote.
