Custom software development
Off-the-shelf tools get you most of the way, then the workarounds pile up. We build web applications, customer portals and internal tools that fit your process and connect the systems you already use.
Case study

We build, host and run an education platform that serves millions of requests a quarter to primary schools, with no infrastructure downtime in 18 months.

We automate the repetitive steps and give your team one place to do the work, with the data they need in front of them.
We connect your CRM, ERP, accounting and third-party APIs, so data moves without copy and paste.
We modernise old applications in stages, keeping the business running while the new system takes over.
We follow OWASP practices, use role-based access and audit logging, and document how your data is handled.
What you get
Your proposal lists every deliverable, so you know what you're paying for before we start.
How we work
You sign off on scope and price before we start, then see working progress every week.
We learn your business, users and goals, then agree on scope, budget and what success looks like, in writing.
1 to 2 weeks
We map the user flows and design the interface, and you sign off on a clickable prototype before production code starts.
1 to 4 weeks
We build in short cycles and give you a live preview link from the first week, so you can follow progress.
3 to 12 weeks
We handle the launch, monitoring and handover, then stay on to host, support and improve what we built if you want us to.
Ongoing
It depends on the number of user roles, the integrations and how much is unknown at the start. We split larger systems into phases, each with its own fixed scope and price, so you get something working early and stay in control of spend.
You do. On final payment, you own the source code and intellectual property we create for you, and the code lives in your own repository.
Yes. We often work alongside in-house teams, following your conventions and leaving clear documentation behind.
Buy when a product fits the process you already have. Build when the process is what sets you apart or the workarounds cost more than the software. We'll tell you which side of that line you're on.
