Cookie policy
We set no cookies unless you accept analytics, and you can change your choice at any time.

This page explains how our website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how to control them.
Your choice
Analytics only runs with JavaScript, so it is off in your browser.
1. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful and how people find them. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, and we don’t use the data for advertising.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets these first-party cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
Tells visitors apart | Up to 2 years |
_ga_<id> |
Keeps track of a visit | Up to 2 years |
We also note the first page of your visit, the website that sent you and any campaign tags in your browser’s session storage under the name hatcha-lead-source. If you send the contact form, these details come with your enquiry so we can see how you found us. They are deleted when you close the tab, and straight away if you reject analytics cookies. We don’t save them if you have rejected analytics cookies or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off and these cookies are never set.
2. How we remember your choice
We save your choice in your browser’s local storage under the name hatcha-analytics-consent, so we don’t ask you on every page. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice, so it doesn’t need consent. It applies to this browser and device until you clear your site data.
3. Changing your mind
You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time with the buttons above. If you reject them after accepting, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Third-party services
If you book a call with us, the booking page is provided by Google on its own domain, and any cookies set there are governed by Google’s policies. We don’t use advertising cookies, social media widgets or tracking pixels.
5. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy, email hello@hatcha.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
